My past three months with Lilly have been just what I needed to push my nutrition and fitness. Combining her knowledge with my personal goals Lilly developed a plan that has not only helped me lower the number on the scale, but I’ve grown in non scale victories as well. I have lost inches, increased weight in my lifts, and have more energy. After years of “dieting” and trying it on my own Lilly showed me that I wasn’t eating enough of the right kinds of foods to fuel the work I was trying to do in the gym. Every week she cheers me on and gives me accountability when I need it. My only regret is waiting so long to reach out!

When I started working with Lilly
I had absolutely no experience in tracking macros or with any of the tools involved. In the last 3 months she has not only spent quality time teaching me how everything works, but truly explained why and how I will benefit from learning and applying these tools. She is so patient with all of my questions and explains her answers well. She also makes sure I am on task and if I ever slip up or forget to track something she helps me get back on track! Her weekly check-ins keep me motivated and I am truly appreciative of this experience so far and am excited to continue!

She has not only taught me how to fuel my body properly, but she has helped me learn the importance of a balanced and sustainable approach to achieving my dream body. Before working with Lilly, I struggled severely with my relationship with food and exercise. I felt that I plateaued with physical progress and had low energy all the time. After Lilly taught me the importance of understanding how to use macros to my advantage, I noticed more muscle definition and fat loss.
